Our garage door had a broken spring and broken door arm - totally stripped out. I was expecting the need to replace an over 20 year old garage door. Derek Pulley (owner) provided the service himself and did an incredible repair— avoiding a more expensive replacement on a Saturday morning. He and his wife work together. They repaired the door on short notice. They were very professional and did a great job! I highly recommend DAPco Garage Door Service!

What another garage door company couldn't do without charging me an arm and a leg and/or advising me I needed a new door, Derek was able to repair. He got me fixed up within half an hour. He arrived exactly on time and reasonably priced for repairs needed. The staff from phone personnel to technicians courteous, professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for more. WOW!! I'm still looking at my bank account with amazement, i remember few months back i had nothing i couldn't boast of 100 $ in my bank account cause i've lost my life-savings and pension to scammers, i had lost all hope in life..until MRS CHARLOTTE WAYNE came along, the man who changed my life totally. i had concluded that all account managers in groups were scammers but M proved me wrong, every time i apologize to him for doubting him from the start. He FIXED it!

I have nothing but gratitude for DPCO Garage Door Service. Our garage door stopped working Wednesday in the middle of the rain. I called Derrick after hours and he answered. He guided us through a few troubleshooting options and concluded that I might need a new unit. He sent me a scheduled appointment the very next morning. Today I'm happy to say our garage is FIXED! Oh and I can't forget...while at 7-Eleven he called to asked if we wanted something to drink. Who does that! I HIGHLY recommend DAPCO. He will get you right with a joke and a smile. I was so nervous about the price of replacing a panel and bracket for the garage door. Derrick put my mind at ease by joking about the price. The price he gave me was pretty reasonable. Derrick was very professional and had a great personality. He fixed it! He is a great asset to the company. I would most definitely recommend this company to my friends, family, and neighbors. EXCELLENT!

Five Stars is not nearly enough for this company. Response was immediate late yesterday afternoon,arrived this morning as scheduled and made repairs very efficiently -- and quite affordable! Mr. Pulley is very professional and courteous and extremely knowledgeable, almost like a "Garage Door Whisperer". DAPco Garage Door Service has my highest recommendation.
